Des précipitations excédentaires, notamment des pluies excessives sont annoncées dans une vingtaine de villes de la République Démocratique du Congo entre-autres Kinshasa, Matadi, Lubumbashi et Mbuji-Mayi.

C’est ce qu’indiquent les prévisions saisonnières dévoilées par l’Agence Météorologique et de Télédétection par Satellite (METTELSALT) au cours d’une réunion stratégique de solidarité humanitaire et de gestion des catastrophes naturelles qu’elle a tenue à Kinshasa en début de cette semaine.

De son côté, le Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel et de la Communication (CSAC), institution chargée d’assurer la diffusion et la publication dudit message, invite les populations de ces villes précitées à organiser les travaux d’assainissement des caniveaux, organiser le processus de la libération du littoral et favoriser le processus de la libération des occupants des terrains accidentés.
