Présenté et défendu par le Ministre d’État de la justice, Constant MUTAMBA, le projet de loi portant création du Tribunal Pénal Économique et Financier ainsi que du Parquet National Économique et Financier y rattaché a été approuvé par les élus nationaux, lors de la séance plénière du jeudi 15 mai à l’hémicycle.

Le garde des sceaux de la République précise que la nouvelle juridiction de l’ordre judiciaire, dont le siège sera établi dans la capitale #Kinshasa, sera chargée de sanctionner toutes les infractions d’ordre économique et financier.
