Autour du thème central “Quel rôle la presse peut-elle jouer dans un pays marqué par des décennies de conflits ?”, le Ministre de la Communication et médias, Patrick MUYAYA Katembwe, perçu comme apologiste réputé d’un vent de justesse contre le narratif fallacieux du Rwanda, a lancé officiellement ce lundi 10 mars depuis l’Hôtel Béatrice à Kinshasa, le “Forum national pour l’engagement des médias”.

Organisé par l’Union Nationale de la Presse du Congo (UNPC) de concert avec l’Ong Journaliste En Danger (JED), ce symposium des chevaliers de la plume et du micro traduit l’engagement de la presse congolaise au profit de la paix, la sécurité et la cohésion nationale dans le pays.
