Le Président rwandais rejette les sanctions occidentales dont celles de l’Union européenne contre son pays et différentes personnalités de Kigali.

Lundi 07 avril, lors de la 31ème commémoration du génocide des Tutsi au Rwanda, il a affirmé que “les pays qui sanctionnent le Rwanda ou certains de ses compatriotes peuvent bien aller au diable”.
