Alors que le verdict était attendu ce vendredi 12 septembre, la Haute cour militaire de Kinshasa–Gombe a décidé en cette fin de semaine la réouverture des débats, en vue de faciliter l’audition de nouveaux éléments, conformément à la recommandation de la partie civile, représentée par la RDC.

La prochaine audience est fixée au vendredi 19 septembre prochain, au cours de laquelle trois témoins devront comparaître devant la Haute cour pour retracer les personnalités mais aussi les comptes bancaires qui servent de transit du financement du groupe politico-militaire Alliance Fleuve Congo (AFC–M23) et le prévenu Joseph KABILA, accusé notamment de complot et trahison.
