La Haute cour militaire s’apprête à rendre ce vendredi 12 septembre à Kinshasa son verdict dans l’affaire mettant en cause le Président de la République honoraire, Joseph KABILA Kabange.

Il lui est notamment reproché la trahison, le complot, l’apologie du #terrorisme et la participation à un mouvement insurrectionnel (AFC–M23). Des allégations entièrement rejetées par les proches de l’ancien chef de l’État congolais.

De son côté, le ministère public a requis récemment la peine de mort contre le prédécesseur de Félix TSHISEKEDI Tshilombo.
