Une voix de plus s’est fait entendre au sujet de la dégradation de la crise sécuritaire et humanitaire dans l’Est de la RDC.

Le diplomate allemand et ancien Chef de la #MONUSCO de 2O13 à 2O15, Martin KOBLER, qui s’exprimait cette semaine dans une interview accordée à la radio allemande Deutsche Welle (DW), a affirmé que seules les sanctions pourront faire fléchir le #Rwanda dans son aventurisme dans l’Est de la pays.

À l’en croire, la décision de #Berlin d’arrêter les consultations avec le Gouvernement rwandais sur l’aide ne suffit pas, il faudrait une coordination bien élaborée au niveau européen.
