À l’heure actuelle, l’ensemble de l’action du nouveau Vice-Premier ministre congolais de l’intérieur est essentiellement tournée vers la lutte contre le terrorisme et le banditisme urbain, autrement appelé Phénomène “#Kuluna”, réputé dans plusieurs villes de la RDC depuis plus d’une décennie.

Nommé au sein du Gouvernement #SUMINWA, Jacquemain SHABANI, le prestigieux patron de la territoriale, a convoqué ce mardi 18 juin une réunion cruciale avec les responsables des différents services de sécurité du pays à l’instar de celui de l’Agence Nationale de Renseignements (ANR).

En avril dernier, son prédécesseur, Peter KAZADI, avait lancé l’opération “Panthère noire”, censée combattre sans relâche le banditisme et la criminalité qui sévissent dans plusieurs coins et recoins de la République.

Le coup d’accélérateur de la nouvelle ligne droite ayant été donné, reste à attendre l’impact réel de rééquilibrage des mesures contraignantes assignées.
