C’est vraisemblablement une première depuis belle lurette, plus de 17OO détenus civils et militaires confondus ont délibérément quitté le Centre Pénitentiaire et de Rééducation de Kinshasa, communément appelé Prison Centrale de Makala.

Là ! Une nouvelle contenue dans le rapport de la commission chargée de désengorger les centres pénitentiaires remis mardi 07 mai à la Ministre d’État en charge de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, Rose MUTOMBO.

Pour sa part, Justin KIBAMBA, Président de la Cour de cassation et président de ladite commission, se dit satisfait du travail réalisé.
