Par le biais d’une ordonnance présidentielle lue vendredi 3O août dans la soirée, le Président de la République, Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI Tshilombo, a révoqué Serge TSHIBANGU Kabeya, de son poste de Haut Représentant pour le suivi de la Feuille de route de Luanda et du processus de Nairobi, alors certains canaux indiscrets indiquent qu’il aurait été récemment auditionné par l’Agence Nationale de Renseignements (ANR) sur base d’un audio enregistré à son insu.

En contrepartie, des sources officielles n’ont divulgué Aucune information supplémentaire à ce sujet.

En effet, ce dernier, chargé de cours à l’Ecole des Sciences Naturelles et Appliquées de l’Université Sol Plaatje à Kimberley, en Afrique du Sud, a été aussitôt remplacé par Sumbu Sita Mambu, nommé Haut Représentant pour le suivi de la Feuille de route de Luanda et des Organisations Économiques Régionales.
