Retrait du Rwanda de la CEEAC : Kigali contrariée, Kinshasa soulagée

Un an de plus pour la présidence tournante de la Guinée équatoriale à la tête de la Communauté des États de l’Afrique Centrale, au terme de la 26ème session ordinaire à laquelle sept chefs d’État des onze que compte cette organisation ont pris part.

En réaction, le porte-parole du gouvernement congolais, Patrick MUYAYA, a salué le retrait du Rwanda de la CEEAC. Il accuse Kigali d’avoir excellé dans la violation de l’intégrité territoriale de la RDC.

À l’en croire, la décision du Rwanda de quitter l’organisation est vis-à-vis de différents textes qui réagissent ladite institution sous-régionale.

Controverse, Kigali, pour sa part, dit déplorer l’#instrumentalisation de la CEEAC par Kinshasa avec le soutien des pays membres.
